Directions

  1. To use with the Shave Soap in a Bowl: Dampen brush with warm water, dip into shave soap and work up lather. Continue building the lather either in a bowl or directly on the face. After use, rinse, squeeze out excess water, and store with the bristles facing downward.
  2. To use with Shaving Cream in a Tube: Dampen brush with warm water and squeeze approximately a dime sized amount of Shaving Cream into the center of the brush. In circular motions, start building the lather right on the face. After use, rinse, squeeze out excess water, and store with the bristles facing downward.

Prep your brush before using first time

I recommend using your shampoo on your brush before using 1st time.Work the shampoo into the bristles for a good minute or two, then rinse with hot water . Then shake out the water and let it dry.This will soften the bristles and allow loose bristles to come out. If you just use it out of the box you’re guaranteed to have some bristles left in your beard. For the price you can’t beat it!

Great brush

I've used different brushes over the years and have always been partial to a silver tip badger and still am. The Prorarso brush is stiffer and does a fantastic job exfoliating but does not hold water as well as a badger, so doesn't build lather as well. I still love it. You do get a closer shave with the Prorarso. It's a great addition to your shaving stable, at a great price.

Great brush
